The custom page can be wide or narrow
Pick Wide or Narrow for your custom page in the Target Editor. The live page follows when you save.
Your custom account page has a width setting. In the Target Editor's Page surface, choose Wide to use the full width of the account page or Narrow to center it in a 640 pixel column, the width of the tiles on your other account pages. The preview shows the page at the width you picked, and the live page follows as soon as you hit Save. Pages stay wide unless you change them. More in Build a custom account page.
