Show tiles to subscribers, or to everyone else
A new customer rule reads each customer's subscription status from Shopify, across every subscription app on your store.
Customer rules have a new property, Subscription status. Pick a status, Active, Paused, Cancelled, Expired, Failed or Never subscribed, and choose whether the customer's status equals it or does not. Equals Active shows a tile only to current subscribers, does not equal Active shows it to everyone else, and Equals Cancelled is a natural place for a win-back offer.
The status comes straight from Shopify and covers every subscription app that runs on Shopify's own subscriptions, so there is nothing to tag or keep current. Assistants connected through the StoCu MCP server can create the same rule. More in Display rules.
