Sidekick tips and quirks

Sidekick is a relatively new feature and it occasionally hesitates. Every stall I have hit has one of these three fixes.

1. The nudge

Sometimes Sidekick pauses mid-task. When it gets stuck, tell it "please continue" and it picks right back up. This is the tip to remember; it resolves most hesitations, including a first message that hangs while checking app capabilities.

2. The enablement refresh

When enabling StoCu inside Sidekick, the Apps list can come up empty. Refresh the page and open it again; StoCu appears. You only have to do this dance once.

3. Real stores beat test stores

Data-driven asks (top sellers, best rated) rely on your store having real history. On a fresh test store there is nothing to find, so Sidekick improvises or comes up empty. On a live merchant store the whole process runs noticeably better.
